Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program (HICAP) will hold appointments on the second Wednesday of each month. Appointments are at 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:00pm. This program provides free and objective information and counseling about Medicare. Call 805-646-5122 to schedule an appointment.
