Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week evidence-based class offered by the VCAAA Fall Prevention Program. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-11:00am from January 8th through March 27th. Participants must be registered to participate. You must be present to register. The series is available to Ojai Valley residents who are 60 years or older and are able to participate through the duration of the series.
